I’ve been working on making patches to replace the rusty spots. Yesterday I made a large and complex patch for the passenger side floor. This is a shot from underneath. The most difficult part about patching this area was welding upside down in the tight spot between the rocker panel and the angled section of the floor.
It turned out really well and I cleaned and primed the whole thing. I have two more patches to make in the front before I move on to patching the rear end.
